William R. Hackler, CLU, QPA, ERPA, QKA

William R. Hackler

President and Founding Partner William R. Hackler has worked in the financial service industry since 1974. Bill puts his knowledge and experience to work to assist business owners in choosing the best programs for their employees as well as personal planning for themselves. Earning his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) designation demonstrates his commitment to the industry and to the pursuit of excellence.

William D. Hackler

Managing Partner William D. Hackler has worked extensively in the administration of 401(k), pension and profit sharing plans since 1995. He graduated from Bryant College with a B.S. in Finance, and earned the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries designation of Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA).

Will constantly pursues the newest technologies to provide world-class service and the best solutions available for his clients. His mission is to provide superior service and to help others chart a course for success.

Robin Benjamin, QKA

Robin Benjamin

Senior Plan Administrator Robin’s responsibilities include the day-to-day administration of client profit sharing, defined benefit, ESOP and 403(b) plans. She is directly involved with all aspects of participant recordkeeping, distribution and loan processing, and compliance testing. Robin joined Integrated Pension Services in 1997 with extensive experience in plan administration and an excellent background in client relations.

Robin obtained her AS in Business Administration from Mount Wachusett Community College and earned the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries designation of Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA).

Debbie Adler

Debbie Adler

Plan Administrator Debbie's responsibilities include the day-to-day administration of client 401(k) plans. She is directly involved with all aspects of participant recordkeeping; distributions, contributions, loan processing, and compliance testing. Debbie joined Hackler Associates, Inc. in 2012 and began working in Pension Administration in 1997.

Debbie obtained her BA from Boston University. She is taking the exams toward her Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.

Lauren Roberts

Lauren Roberts

Plan Administrator Lauren’s responsibilities include the day-to-day administration of client 401(k) plans. She is directly involved with all aspects of participant recordkeeping; distributions, contributions, and loan processing.

Lauren obtained her BS in Hospitality Management from Endicott College. Lauren is currently studying and working hard towards taking the exams toward her Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.

Brittney Santos

Brittney Santos

Client Relations Specialist Brittney’s responsibilities include ongoing client portfolio supervision, proving due diligence on various investment vehicles and assisting in the creation and implementation of financial plans. With her past experience in client service and the world of investing, she supports the firm with case preparation and overseeing the investment-side of the practice, as well as managing the client’s experience to help ensure that they are comfortable with the process and have all of the information they need to access accounts. Her other responsibilities also include; database management, office management, scheduling and compliance reporting.

Brittney obtained her BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Framingham State University. As a Series 7 licensed representative, she can also assist with trading and business processing as well as investment design, analysis and review. She comes to us after spending the last 6 years at Scottrade, Inc.

Patty Aubuchon

Implementation Project Manager Since joining in 2015, Patty’s 20+ years of experience in customer service and project management leading various client management and support programs in the high-tech industry has proven to enhance the outstanding foundation that Integrated Pension Services finds so important to bring to all of our clients.

Patty obtained her BA from Fitchburg State University in Management. Before joining Integrated Pension Services she worked in the high-tech industry for business to consumer and business to business companies where she interacted with all levels of clientele from small business owners to Fortune 500 Corporate Executives.

Mike Clark

Mike Clark

Project Manager Mike joined Integrated Pension Services in February 2018 and is working to expand our presence in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area. His prior experience in both the health insurance and hospital industry as Director of various components of the Revenue Cycle allow him to bring a professional approach to developing customer relationships, managing all aspects of the business cycle and providing excellent service to our clients.

Mike is currently preparing for the Series 6 Licensed Representative exam. He holds a South Carolina Insurance Producers license for Life, Health and Accident lines of business.

Luke Rocheleau

Luke Rocheleau

Associate Pension Specialist Luke is working under our Director of Retirement Plans to service the planning needs of our clients. His main responsibilities are to help attract new business, assist existing clients with ongoing plan maintenance and helping to educate employees on all aspects of their employer sponsored retirement plans. Luke is focused on ensuring that all of our clients are being treated with respect and genuine care.

Luke earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Palm Beach Atlantic University. He holds a Massachusetts Insurance Producers license and is actively pursuing his Series 6 accreditation.

Jennifer Wiczynski

Jennifer Wiczynski

Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent Jennifer is an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent with ASPPA designations that include CPC, QPA, QKA and TGPC. She is also an ASPPA subject matter expert on Non-qualified plans and is on the editorial committee for ASPPA’s Plan Consultant publication. With more than a decade of experience in the retirement plan industry, Jennifer is dedicated to using her expertise to provide the highest quality support for our clients. She is currently completing her third year of law school.
