Carissa Nelson is a New Business Implementation Specialist for IPS. In this role she is primarily responsible for seamlessly onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a smooth transition to Integrated. She partners closely with plan sponsors, financial advisors, and vendors to coordinate client timelines, set expectations and facilitate any document or paperwork needed during the onboarding process. Carissa brings nearly 20 years of industry experience to each client and is in the process of achieving her Qualified 401(k) Administrator designation from ASPPA.
