James Williams is a senior plan administrator at Integrated Pension Services (IPS). He has extensive experience working with both defined benefit and defined contribution plans. He is primarily responsible for providing comprehensive administrative services on behalf of our clients’ retirement plans including annual plan compliance testing, preparation and filing of Internal Revenue Service returns, plan design implementation, maintaining qualified plan documents, client consultation regarding plan contributions and funding requirements, plan terminations and participant distributions.
James has been in the retirement industry for over 30 years and currently holds the Qualified 401(k)Administrator (QKA) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA). He graduated from Monmouth University with degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. He also completed and passed the New Jersey Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA) exam.
