Kim KokEnnen is a Plan Administrator at Integrated Pension Services (IPS). She is primarily responsible for the administration of DB/DC Combo Plans and 401(k) Profit Sharing Plans. Kim brings over 20 years of extensive experience handling all aspects of plan administration, including retirement plan design, compliance testing, annual valuations, government filings and document maintenance for defined contribution and cash balance plans. With a strong background in financial analysis and high attention to detail, she works closely with business owners to maximize contribution limits while ensuring their plans remain efficient, compliant and tailored to their unique financial goals. Kim graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, with a concentration in Calculus, Statistics and Economics. Prior to working in retirement, she worked in the banking industry as a corporate accountant.
