Lauren Melanson is a Plan Administrator at Integrated Pension Services (IPS). Lauren has worked over 10 years at IPS and is a great example of the growth that IPS is strives for in their employees. Starting as a Participant Services Representative, Lauren is now responsible for any type or size of Defined Contrution Plans we administer. In 2023, Lauren obtained her Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA). Lauren obtained her BS in Hospitality Management from Endicott College.
