She holds Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses and has earned her Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation through the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA), reflecting her commitment to building expertise in retirement plan management. Michelle is bilingual in Spanish and comes to IPS with a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Miami and over ten years’ experience as a teacher.
