William D. Hackler has worked extensively in the administration of 401(k), pension and profit sharing plans since 1995. He graduated from Bryant University with a B.S. in Finance, and earned the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries designation of Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA).
Will constantly pursues the newest technologies to provide world-class service and the best solutions available for his clients. His mission is to provide superior service and to help others chart a course for success.
As the Managing Director of the Institutional Retirement Plans Sales & Marketing teams for Integrated Pension Services, Jason is responsible for all Top Line Revenue creation. This includes overseeing all sales and marketing staff, establishing goals and implementing plans to achieve these goals for the firm and its clients. With over 25 years of experience in every aspect of retirement plan and pension consulting, including plan design, operations, investments, and advanced fiduciary plan governance, his main mission is simple: to expand retirement security nationally and help defeat elder poverty by creating more well-designed plans.
Philosophically, Jason has the heart of a teacher, believes in mentors and mentoring and that education is a lifelong journey. Jason graduated with Honors from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and maintains many professional designations including the Qualified Pension Administrator and Qualified 401(k) Consultant from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries as well as the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst designation awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies.
As the Director of Operations, Brittney is responsible for ensuring our clients experience a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing service. Her main focus includes leading the operations team, running enrollment and education meetings, meeting with plan sponsors for fiduciary due diligence, annual plan report and 5500 filing meetings.
In addition to that, she is responsible for ongoing client portfolio supervision, proving due diligence on various investment vehicles and assisting in the creation and implementation of financial plans. With her past experience in client service and the world of investing, she supports the firm with case preparation and overseeing the investment-side of the practice, as well as managing the client’s experience to help ensure that they are comfortable with the process and have all of the information they need to access accounts.
Brittney obtained her BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Framingham State University. As a Series 7 licensed representative, she can also assist with trading and business processing as well as investment design, analysis, and review. She comes to us after spending the beginning of her career at Scottrade, Inc.
In his capacity as Chief Financial Officer, Brett will be taking the lead on managing all of the day to day financial operations of the firm, ensuring that we meet and exceed compliance expectations and provide valuable expertise as we pursue new business opportunities.
Brett holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bryant University and has worked for over 25 years in Public/Private Accounting, Family Offices and Hedge Funds. Brett comes to IPS from BNY Mellon where he worked for over 20 years as a Hedge Fund Operations Manager. His experience and strength for problem solving drives his ability to deliver innovative solutions in a wide variety of areas that require this expertise.
Tara joined Integrated Pension Services in 2022 and brings with her over 10 years of experience in the retirement plan and payroll industries. She works directly with clients on all aspects of qualified plan administration for both Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit plans while also managing our team of Plan Administrators.
Tara holds a BA in Economics from Fredonia State University of New York and has earned the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries designation of Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) and the Defined Benefit Administration Certificate (DB-A).
Robin’s responsibilities include the day-to-day administration of client profit sharing, defined benefit, ESOP and 403(b) plans. She is directly involved with all aspects of participant recordkeeping, distribution and loan processing, and compliance testing. Robin joined Integrated Pension Services in 1997 with extensive experience in plan administration and an excellent background in client relations.
Robin obtained her AS in Business Administration from Mount Wachusett Community College and earned the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries designation of Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA).
Jim has nearly 30 years of experience working in the pension administration and accounting professions.
He received his B.S. in Accounting from Monmouth University and successfully passed the New Jersey Certified Public Accountant exam. Jim’s day-to-day duties include plan design, implementation, annual administration and compliance responsibilities for 401(k), profit sharing, 403(b) and defined benefit plans for which he has extensive experience.
Jim has worked closely with clients and their accountants in successfully resolving plan compliance issues by utilizing the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor voluntary correction programs.
In her capacity as a Senior Plan Administrator, Evette puts her 20 years of industry experience to work by interacting directly with our customers and assisting them with the daily administration of all aspects their plans.
Evette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Rutgers University. She is a Qualified 401(k) Administrator who has earned the QKA certification. She is currently working to complete the Qualified Pension Administrator QPA credential. Evette is also Spanish speaking which enhances our ability to communicate more effectively with some of our customers.
Debbie's responsibilities include the day-to-day administration of client 401(k) plans. She is directly involved with all aspects of participant recordkeeping; distributions, contributions, loan processing, and compliance testing. Debbie joined Integrated Pension Services in 2012 and began working in Pension Administration in 1997.
Debbie obtained her BA from Boston University. She is taking the exams toward her Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.
Lauren’s responsibilities include the day-to-day administration of client 401(k) plans. She is directly involved with all aspects of participant recordkeeping; distributions, contributions, and loan processing.
Lauren obtained her BS in Hospitality Management from Endicott College. Lauren is currently studying and working hard towards taking the exams toward her Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.
Nicole joined Integrated Pension Services team in 2022. Her responsibilities include day to day administration of client 401(k) plans. She is directly involved with all aspects of participant recordkeeping, distributions, contributions, and loan processing.
Nicole looks forward to utilizing her 12 year background in customer service related roles to excel in building relationships with clients and participants alike. She is looking to expand her knowledge by obtaining her Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.
Christine’s responsibilities include the day-to-day operations of client 401(k) plans with participant recordkeeping, contributions, distributions, and loan processing. She is also responsible for producing and sending invoices and responding to client billing queries.
Christine obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Stockton University. Before joining Integrated Pension Services, Christine spent ten years with another third-party administration firm. Prior to that, she worked for several years in the banking industry in Audit and Loan Review.
In his capacity as Implementation & Transition Manager, Nelson supports the sales effort by streamlining the post sales activities related to onboarding new clients. Nelson takes the lead on ensuring that the process runs smoothly by managing all of the steps related to plan document creation, recordkeeper interactions and payroll integration. His familiarity with sales and onboarding allow him to ensure that the entire process remains integrated and runs smoothly.
Nelson holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He holds a Massachusetts Insurance Producer License and is a Series 6 licensed representative.
Mike joined Integrated Pension Services in February 2018 and is working to expand our presence in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area. His prior experience in both the health insurance and hospital industry as Director of various components of the Revenue Cycle allow him to bring a professional approach to developing customer relationships, managing all aspects of the business cycle and providing excellent service to our clients.
Mike holds a South Carolina Insurance Producers license for Life, Health and Accident lines of business.
Samantha joined Integrated Pension Services in November 2022 as an Internal Sales Consultant. Over the next several months, Sam will be securing her introductory designations, learning the trade, and apprenticing with the Sales Team. Her prior experience in both the marketing and customer service industry, empowers her to create long lasting customer relationships, develop proper assistance to each client’s unique needs, and work with her team to ensure overall success for the business.
Samantha holds a BA in Strategic Communications from High Point University located in North Carolina. She currently lives on Cape Cod Massachusetts with her family and their dog, where she enjoys traveling to the beach, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with friends.
Danielle Pashalidis’ responsibilities as a Senior Account Manager include plan design consulting, investment analysis, participant education, fiduciary due diligence, and ongoing plan sponsor support. As a Series 7, General Securities Licensed representative, Danielle can support clients in various ways as they plan for a successful financial future.
Danielle believes that planning and managing a retirement plan can be overwhelming. But with the right team to support you and the proper information, a strong plan is achievable for employers and employees alike.
Danielle joined Integrated Pension Services in November of 2022. She is a graduate of St. John Fisher University with her Bachelor of Science degree. As a double language major with a minor in International Business Danielle developed a passion for travel and learning about diverse people and cultures. She brings over 17 years of financial industry experience to the team, including business and personal banking, investment sales and services, 401k account management, record keeper and TPA services, and fiduciary analysis. Danielle is currently working on her NYS Insurance Licensing and completing her QKA designation. With her diverse financial industry background, Danielle strives to support her clients with excellent service, education, and always a helping hand.
Alexis joined the Integrated Pension Services team in March of 2021. She will be putting her customer service background to work here as a Plan Services Administrator. Alexis will be helping our clients with their retirement savings journey by assisting them with education, plan enrollment, rollovers, distributions and loans.
Alexis is adding to her experience level by continuing her education in Business Administration at Fitchburg State University and by preparing to take the Series 6 Licensed Representative exam.
Christina has spent the last 5 years exceling in helping employees understand their employer benefits and 401(k) plans. Her ability to solve problems makes her a good resource for any issues that may arise. In her role as Plan Services Specialist on our Operations team, she will work to maintain and enhance our overall client service capabilities with an eye towards increasing efficiency.
Christina’s experience in administering all aspects of employee benefits help her understand how a retirement plan fits into a company’s structure. She has a strong desire to learn and help others learn from her experiences.
Christina holds an Iowa Insurance Producers license for Life, Health and Accident lines of business and is working towards obtaining her QKA designation.
Meaghan Raux is the Administrative Assistant for Integrated Pension Services (IPS) . In this role, she manages Will Hackler’s and the management teams day-to-day calendars and activities. She is also responsible for ensuring that customers who call IPS receive excellent customer service and get directed appropriately.
Prior to joining IPS, Meaghan spent twenty years in the restaurant industry. This face-to-face customer service experience lends itself to making her adept at handling client’s needs and preferences. Her professional demeanor and focus on problem solving in a timely manner makes her a very valuable addition to the IPS team.
Meaghan lives in Leominster with her son’s and their 3 cats. Outside of the office, Meaghan enjoys hiking, spending time with family & listening to music. She takes pride in learning new things and helping others smile.
